I have not received service like this for a long time. We were at wits end with our computer. We were getting told different things from all different people. When i rang PCD the man on the phone was so helpful and stated the price straight away. Within an hour the technician was at my work to pick up our laptop. He rang me an hour and a half later letting me know exactly what needed to be done and the total price. The next morning the technician dropped off the laptop back at my work. I have never received such great service from start to finish.

He promised he would do what he could to find the replacement part, although they were not readily available because of the age of the machine.
